Warranty Information
Thank you for choosing Kettle Corn Equipment, INC. This Limited Warranty applies exclusively to physical goods purchased from Kettle Corn Equipment, INC.
Coverage
This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. Kettle Corn Equipment, INC will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts that prove defective due to improper materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
Remedies
Kettle Corn Equipment, INC will repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. Customers are responsible for shipping costs if replacement parts are needed.
Warranty Period
- Kettle Machines: 1 year from the date of purchase.
- Lemon Shaker Machines: 180 days from the date of purchase.
A replacement physical good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original item or 1 years/180 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover issues caused by:
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in materials or workmanship.
- Equipment not properly maintained or used as designed or directed.
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damage occurring during shipping.

Refund Policy
Sales Policy
Due to the handcrafted nature, customization, and intricate details of our equipment, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.
Automatic Stirrer Purchases for Non-Kettle Corn Equipment Poppers
Customers purchasing an automatic stirrer for a popper not manufactured by Kettle Corn Equipment, INC are responsible for providing accurate and necessary dimensions before purchase. If the provided dimensions are incorrect, Kettle Corn Equipment is not liable for replacements.
Potential Manufacturing Delays
Occasionally, delays may occur due to the specific materials required for assembling equipment. If you have scheduled an event before receiving your machine and delivery is delayed due to unforeseen manufacturing issues, Kettle Corn Equipment, INC is not responsible for any loss of revenue.
Damaged Equipment During Shipping/Transit
To ensure peace of mind, we include insurance protection in your shipping costs, ranging from $35.00 to $75.00, depending on the equipment’s value:
- Equipment under $5,000: $35.00 insurance fee
- Equipment over $5,000: $55.00 insurance fee
- Equipment over $10,000: $75.00 insurance fee
If your equipment arrives damaged, we recommend not signing for or accepting the delivery.
Storage Charges for LTL Freight Shipments
Customers are responsible for any storage charges that apply to shipments. For LTL Freight, storage charges begin 48 hours after the shipment arrives at the destination service center:
- First three days: $63 per day
- Thereafter: $210.50 per day
For Time Date Critical shipments, storage charges commence at 12:01 A.M. on the sixth business day after the arrival date at the carrier’s service center, assessed at $210.50 per day.
If a shipment is returned to Kettle Corn Equipment, INC, customers are responsible for additional freight charges when rescheduled for shipment. All additional fees must be paid before release.
