Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Kettle Corn Equipment, INC. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Kettle Corn Equipment, INC.
What does this limited warranty cover?
- This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use
- during the Warranty Period.
- During the Warranty Period, Kettle Corn Equipment, INC will repair or replace, at no
- charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper
- material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
Kettle Corn Equipment, INC will repair the Product at no charge, using new or
refurbished replacement parts. Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping if replacement parts are needed.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for our Kettle Machines purchased from Kettle Corn Equipment, INC is 1 year from date of purchase. The Warranty Period for our Lemon Shaker Machines purchased from Kettle Corn Equipment, INC is 180 days from date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 2 year/180 days from the date of replacement or repair.
What does this limited warranty not cover? This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
- conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or
- equipment not properly maintained or used as designed or directed
- Conditions, malfunctions or damage during shipping.
Due of the hand construction, customization and details required for your equipment, all sales are final and there are no refunds.
For the customers who purchase an automatic stirrer for a popper that is not manufactured by Kettle Corn Equipment, INC; You are responsible for providing us with the correct and necessary dimensions to produce your equipment prior to purchase. If the dimensions you provide us are not accurate upon receiving your product, Kettle Corn Equipment is not responsible for replacement.
Sometimes delays can and do occur do to specific materials required for assembling equipment. If you have already booked or scheduled an event prior to the delivery of your machine, and your equipment is not delivered in time due to unexpected delays in the manufacturing process; Kettle Corn Equipment, INC is not liable for your loss of revenue.
Please note: if a refund or return is approved there will be a minimum 25% fee, no exceptions.
Damaged Equipment During Shipping/Transit
No fear! When you purchase our equipment we make sure each and every piece is accounted for. In other words we automatically add a $35.00-$75.00 insurance protection to your shipping costs. The Insurance varies on the price of equipment you purchase. For example: If you purchase one of our simpler machines under $5,000 we will charge you $35. Anything more than $5,000 we will add $55.00 and anything more than $10,000 we will add $75.00.
If you receive your equipment damaged, we suggest you do not sign and receive the damaged equipment.
Customer will be responsible for any Storage charges that apply to shipment Regarding to LTL Freight storage charges start after 48 hours after shipment has arrived at Destination service center.
The daily charge for this storage service will be $63 per day for the first three days, followed by $210.50 per day thereafter.
Storage charges for Time Date Critical shipments will begin at 12:01 A.M on the sixth business day after
the calendar day of arrival at the Carrier’s Service Center and be assessed a $210.50 per day fee thereafter
If shipment is returned to Kettle Corn Equipment INC Customer will be responsible for additional charges for freight when reassigned for reshipment.
Additional fees will need to be paid before release.
